The Mobile Regional Contracting Center proposes to utilize a diverse mix of contractors via Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs). A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. The intent of the design-build contracts are to provide quick response for performing repair and minor construction relating, but not limited, to the architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, security and safety areas of military healthcare and research laboratory facilities in a cost-effective manner. \n\n The following are the places of performance for the subject requirement: \nWestern Region – Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming. \nWestern Region IDIQ MATOC - $249,000,000.00 capacity. \n\n There will be a site visit and pre-proposal conference during Phase Two. The site visit information will be included in the Phase Two solicitation (amendment) package.
