{"description":" THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO NOTIFIY THE PUBLIC THAT SOLICITATION W9127826RA017 WILL POST AT \nPIEE.EB.MIL ON OR AROUND 9 March 2026 (Phase One). \nW9127826RA017 – TWO PHASE DESIGN-BUILD INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACTS (MATOC) IN SUPPORT OF THE DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY (DHA) PROGRAM, WESTERN REGION. \n\n THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS WITH A SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE \nTHE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220. \n\n This project will be a Firm-Fixed-Price MATOC to provide design-build, and repair in support of DHA Medical Facilities in the Western Region of the United States of America. The Mobile Regional Contracting Center proposes to utilize a diverse mix of contractors via Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs). A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. The intent of the design-build contracts are to provide quick response for performing repair and minor construction relating, but not limited, to the architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, security and safety areas of military healthcare and research laboratory facilities in a cost-effective manner. \n\n The following are the places of performance for the subject requirement: \nWestern Region – Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming. \nWestern Region IDIQ MATOC - $249,000,000.00 capacity. \n\n There will be a site visit and pre-proposal conference during Phase Two. The site visit information will be included in the Phase Two solicitation (amendment) package.
