The object of this sole source award is provide Telehealth Services to the Billings Area Service Unit Locations of Montana. Avel Ecare LLC. has the infrastructure in place to ensure uninterrupted patient care for a period of performance of January 1st, 2026 through June 30th, 2026 with Two Option Periods comprised of Three Month increments. \n\n This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
