These services consists out of: the provision of onsite Audiovisual & IT personnel; the preventive, corrective and perfective maintenance of the audiovisual and IT systems the conclusion and follow-up of SLA agreements with third party manufacturers for systems installed and used by the EP; project assistance; repairs and replacements of defective parts; the monitoring and timely replenishment of consumables to ensure uninterrupted service.
