The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to tear down, test & evaluate, repair, and calibrate this TDR Cable Tester from other than the current source. \n\n \nThe Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. \n\n THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis.
