All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. \n\n ALF Heavy and Normal Maintenance on the Rocky Gap ATV Trail system. The Contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to provide trails maintenance services in accordance with the requirements specified herein. The operations to be performed must include normal tread maintenance, heavy tread maintenance, seeding, mulching, silt fencing, Riprap (R-3), collection and disposal of litter and trash, vegetation cutting and removal, under brushing, erosion control, ditch cleaning, and other miscellaneous services as described herein. \n"}
