We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. \n\n \nThe site visit will be held at the U.S. Embassy Majuro on Tuesday, 07 April 2026 at 2:00PM (Majuro time). If you are interested, please submit your name(s) or your representative’s name(s) to MRSSProcurement@state.gov no later than 10:00AM, Monday, 06 April 2026. \n\n \nQuotations are due by 13 April 2026, 4:00 PM Majuro time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. \n\n \nYour quotation must be submitted electronically to MRSSPROCUREMENT@STATE.GOV. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word (latest version) or MS-Excel (latest version) or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format.
