Framework agreement for agent services covering renewal, ordering, administration, and delivery of subscription-based resources — primarily journals — for NTNU University Library. The portfolio comprises approximately 987 active subscriptions, almost exclusively ongoing agreements renewed annually. New subscriptions are rare and arise primarily at renewal. Estimated annual spend: NOK 17 million (ex. VAT, 2024).
