{"description":" Product Service Code: 9140 - FUEL OILS \n\n NSN: 9140-01-456-2020 (Electricity and Ancillary Services) \n\n NAICS Code: 221112 (Fossil Fuel Electric Power Generation) \n\n Subject: Texas Air Force 2026 Synopsis \n\n This announcement constitutes the solicitation. \n\n The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) issues solicitation SPE60425R0407 for the supply of electricity and any ancillary services to be delivered to various Department of Defense installations located in the State of Texas and within the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) market area. The Government is soliciting offers for a 48-month delivery period (beginning with the meter read date occurring in the month of January 2027 through the meter read date occurring in the month of January 2031). The total estimated quantity to be solicited is 727,222,780 kWh’s. Awarded contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirements Type utilizing Real-Time Settlement Point Pricing (RTSPP). The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal. Additional requirements may be added by amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. \n\n All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a responsive and complete proposal. \n\n The proposed contract action will be made to offeror(s), who, at the time of award, is/are on the approved list of Retail Electric Providers in the state in which the award(s) is/are to be made.
