The Government is soliciting offers for a 48-month delivery period (beginning with the meter read date occurring in the month of January 2027 through the meter read date occurring in the month of January 2031). The total estimated quantity to be solicited is 727,222,780 kWh’s. Awarded contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirements Type utilizing Real-Time Settlement Point Pricing (RTSPP). The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal. Additional requirements may be added by amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. \n\n All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a responsive and complete proposal. \n\n The proposed contract action will be made to offeror(s), who, at the time of award, is/are on the approved list of Retail Electric Providers in the state in which the award(s) is/are to be made.
