This requirement is being solicited as a Hubzone business set aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and certain aspects of Part 15. \n\n The NAICS Code is 336611 – Ship Repair with a small business size standard \nof 1,300 employees. The solicitation number is 70Z08526QIBCT0016. \n\n SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment 1. \n\n DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, \nmaterials, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, special tools \nand such other things as are necessary to perform various Dockside \nRepairs of the USCGCCutter USCGC PENOBSCOT BAY (WTGB-107), a 140’ Class River Buoy Tender Cutter homeported in Bayonne, NJ. All in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached specification.
