The RFI questions and Government responses will be published after the site visit.The solicitation deadline will be extended to 4:30 pm October 14th. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and services necessary to perform all non-hazardous integrated solid waste, recycling collection, and disposal services, recycling yard operation, and management.
