The deadline for question submission is 18 May 2026 at 17:00 Hrs. Bid Conference: A bid conference will be held at 1 :30pm Myanmar Time on 13 May 2026 . Interested proposers shall express the interest and send a list of participants (name, designation,email address) to Mya Thanda Chaw (mtchaw@unicef.org), Ye Htut (yhtut@unicef.org) and Ayako Okamura (aokamura@unicef.org) by 12 May 2026. A Microsoft Teams meeting link will be shared with the registered companies/participants. Bid Submission: The supplier will submit Two separate Email proposals electronically at procurementyangon@unicef.org in the following manner: Email-1: Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical Proposal: LRPS-2026-9203356 ". The following documents shall be submitted as the technical proposal submission: Signed Services Form Annex D - Bid Securing Declaration Form Email-2: Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial Proposal: LRPS-2026-9203356 ". The Financial Proposal shall be submitted in the format provided by UNICEF as Annex-C : Financial Submission Cover Letter.
