The American Embassy in Tegucigalpa requires a vendor that can provide and deliver Concrete Materials (blocks and pavers) in strict compliance with the specifications detailed on the solicitation document. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price type contract. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity requires electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time.
