ITB-Establishment of LTA for Road Transport of Goods (Trucks)-IOM AFG

Description

IOM Afghanistan is seeking to establish one or more non-exclusive Long-Term Agreement(s) (LTA) for the provision of road transport services for humanitarian and operational cargo across Afghanistan, including trucks and related services. The purpose of this procurement is to ensure the timely and continuous availability of safe, reliable, and flexible trucking services for routine and emergency operations nationwide. This Solicitation requires both Technical and Financial offer. Financial offers shall be submitted in accordance with the four-part Price Schedule covering transport routes and crane services, and the resulting LTA(s) will be used on an as-needed basis with no minimum volume commitment by IOM. Eligibility: Bidders must hold a valid business license in Afghanistan with at least six (6) months validity remaining at the bid submission deadline.
