This document gives construction suppliers and consultants indicative procurement timings of anticipated school property projects with total contract value of $100,000 and above. The Capital Works forward pipeline is intended to help the construction market prepare for upcoming tender opportunities with the Ministry and contribute to the improvement of the health of Aotearoa New Zealand’s construction industry. We’ve shared our Capital Works forward pipeline information with the New Zealand Infrastructure Commission – Te Waihanga as part of the wider government efforts to deliver greater certainty to infrastructure builders and investors.
