This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the scope, deliverables, and requirements for academic research on adult learning and andragogical practices within the context of Professional Military Education (PME) in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). The goal is to inform CAF educational institutions and leadership on how to better understand, support, and evolve adult learning in PME. The Dallaire Centre of Excellence for Peace and Security (DCOE-PS) seeks academic assessments that explore the characteristics, needs, and learning preferences of adult learners in PME. The research will support internal efforts to enhance CAF educational strategies and align them with contemporary trends in adult education and digital learning.
