It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only authorized provider of the services and parts that can meet the agency s needs. \nThis notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A loaner will be shipped and received with instructions for packaging and shipping VA equipment to the manufacture for preventive maintenance. Also, prepaid shipping documents with RMA #s will be included. Manufacture will be liable for any damage incurred to the VA s cardiac systems. \n3. The contractor will provide all hardware and software necessary to complete the system preventive maintenance. Service reports will be included with the device returned from the manufacture.
