Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the supplies and/or services. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only authorized provider of the services and parts that can meet the agency s needs. \nThis notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A loaner will be shipped and received with instructions for packaging and shipping VA equipment to the manufacture for preventive maintenance.
