FIN-2025-GCCA-RFT: Government Communications Campaign Arrangement for the Australian Government

The Department of Finance (Finance) is issuing this open Request for Tender (RFT) to seek responses from suitably experienced organisations with the capacity and capability to provide communications campaign services to the Australian Government. The Government Communications Campaign Arrangement (GCCA) is a coordinated procurement established by Finance to service the diverse requirements of Government entities. The GCCA will replace the current Government Communications Campaign Panel (GCCP).There are five service categories that will be delivered under the GCCA – market research services, creative advertising services, public relations services, multicultural communications services and First Nations communications services. The GCCA will operate under an integrated Village model with Finance intending to establish six Villages as part of this procurement process – building our community, economy, government programs and services, health and wellbeing, infrastructure and innovation, and security.
