Remove old and replace new (x4) 8kW Heat Pumps. • Block 3 – Install RCD protection for all required circuits. Remove existing vinyl flooring. Repair, as needed, and replace with 1500mm coved commercial-grade vinyl flooring. • Block 5 - Install RCD protection for all required circuits. Remove old and replace new (x2) 8kW Heat Pumps. Remove existing wall linings and trim. Repair, as needed. Supply and install new plasterboard wall linings (to accept acoustic panels) then supply and install new acoustic composition board. • Block 7 – Install RCD protection for all required circuits. Replace Distribution Board with lockable. Make Good all areas (as required). • Block 10 – Install RCD protection for all required circuits. Remove old carpet & underlay. Repair, as needed, then supply and install commercial grade acoustic carpet tiles. Remove existing roof sheets, cappings, and fixings. Repair, as needed. Supply/replace insulation. Supply and install 0.55mm colour steel roofing panels (to NZ building code and manufacturer specifications). • Block 11 – Install RCD protection for all required circuits. • Block 15 – Install RCD protection for all required circuits. Replace Distribution Board with lockable. Make Good all areas (as required). • Block 17 – Install RCD protection for all required circuits. Replace Distribution Board with lockable. Make Good all areas (as required).
