Introduction UNDP Pacific Office in Federated States of Micronesia kindly requests your Proposal for the provision of services as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFP. The scope of this consultancy is to develop a Sustainable Land Management (SLM) National Action Plan (NAP) and States Action Plans (SAPs) as well as engage with GIS expert to develop set of maps of key sites that will help and inform the planning process and provide capacity assessment and capacity building to PMU identified stakeholders. The NAP and SAPs should aim to set realistic and appropriate LDN goals and a framework that provides for the steps to achieve these goals.
