The Principal consists of: • Auckland District – its hospital campuses and community facilities; • Counties Manukau District – its hospital campuses and community facilities; • Northland District – its hospital campuses and community facilities ; and • Waitematā District – its hospital campuses and community facilities. The Principal owns and operates facilities associated with delivering health and disability services and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of these facilities. These hospital campuses and community facilities are operational 24/7, shutdowns of services (both utilities and clinical) need to be carefully planned and considered to minimise impacts on patients and staff. Note: The Principal is undertaking this procurement on behalf of all Health New Zealand’s Northen Region Districts’ hospitals and their community facilities. A Supplier must successfully proceed through all procurement phases and subsequent contract negotiations to be a panel member. Only suppliers on the panels will be able to provide in-scope services to the Northern Region Districts. Refer to the attached RFP documentation for further details
