All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 22nd 2025 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires a contractor to provide demolition and abatement services for lab space inside the Health Canada Centre for Drug Analysis at 2301 Midland Ave., Scarborough, ON. The Contractor must achieve final completion of the work by September 19th 2025. This process is open exclusively to a pre-qualified list of suppliers established through processes EQ447-22370 Environmental Remediation Services Request for Supply Arrangement.
