{"description":" The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to provide NCNG Sanitization/Safety Rentals in support of operations/exercises in the general areas of Fort Bragg, NC and Camp Butner, NC as defined in this PWS. \n\n No Incumbents \n\n Last day to ask questions: 26 Jan 26 \n\n Questions & Answers: \n\n \n\t Is there an historical disposal facility being used for this contract? A: Please see above; there is no incumbent (newly established BPA). \n\t Is there a map that shows the distance between each location? A: General locations have been identified in the PWS scope; Exact Quantity/Locations are to be identified per call, as identified in the PWS. Grid relocation requests are also possible per PWS, but unknown until required. \n\t How many minimum or maximum quantities do you anticipate per equipment type, per call? Minimuns are unknown; maximum call value is listed in the attached Description of Agreement. \n\t Can the Government confirm whether servicing is required every 48 hours, or if the servicing frequency will be specified within each BPA Call? Does this include weekends and holidays, or will exceptions be allowed? Please see PWS. \n\t May we clarify the period of performance? 5 years per the Description of Agreement; the POP dates within the PWS will be adjusted upon award to reflect 5 years. \n\t \n\t Will this BPA require any of the roll-offs to be emptied and returned during the training period, or does the requirement only include the initial delivery and the final pick-up?
