Description

The competition is for the procurement of a substance register for Porsgrunn municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority. Porsgrunn municipality has approx. 2,700 permanent employees. The contracting authority would like a professionally competent tender. It is a prerequisite that the substance carton meets the requirements in the Working Environment Act with regulations. See point 2 for a description of the contracting authority ́s needs, as well as the attached requirement specification. The contract will be signed in accordance with the provisions in SSA-L, with planned start-up delivery from 01.06.2026
