Temple Readiness Center HVAC Repairs

Description

Per TGC 2269 and 437.054, the Texas Military Department is seeking bids for Temple Readiness Center HVAC Repairs. This facility is located at 8502 Airport Road, Temple, TX 76502. The project will consist of providing and installing replacement of refrigerant line sets from the rooftop units throughout the 46,058 SF facility. The existing refrigerant in the HVAC system must be reclaimed and existing copper line sets across the 4-zone (7-module) VRF System must be replaced. Contractors must be equipped with Mitsubishi Diamond Builder and MNET software to properly service, diagnose, and commission Mitsubishi HVAC systems. The Contractor shall supply all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work under the contract.Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 8502 Airport Road, Temple, TX 76502 at 10:00 AM CT or 2:00 PM CT, Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Failure to attend one (1) of the two (2) site visits will result in disqualification of the response.The total estimated cost of this project is $390,000.00.
