Documents are currently in draft state and industry comment / suggestions are greatly encouraged and welcomed. \nSources are being sought for firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, a Product Service Code (PSC) of N041, and a Small Business Size Standard of $19 million.
