Independent Review of Investment into NZICPA

Description

Whanganui District Council (WDC) is seeking an independent reviewer (or review team) to undertake a governance and investment review of council's involvement in the New Zealand International Commercial Pilot Academy (NZICPA), in line with the Terrms of Reference. At a high level, the review is expected to examine how and why council's financial exposure developed over time, with a particular focus on key decisions, governance arrangements and the information available to decision-makers at the time, and identify the practical improvements and lessons for future governance and investment decision-making.
