The contractor will be responsible for removing and replace all specified electric in-wall heaters and related components (including programmable thermostats) in houses at Shadow Mountain Village. Remove and replace five (5) furnaces with a Lennox EL196UH070XE36B (or approved equal) series, single stage, 96% efficient furnace with variable speed constant torque blower.
