Establishment of Long-Term Agreement(s) for Vehicle Rental&Cargo Transportation

Description

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Kenya invites eligible vendors to submit bids for the establishment of Long‑Term Agreement(s) (LTAs) for vehicle rental and cargo transportation services in Kenya. The LTAs will cover on‑demand passenger and cargo transport across various national corridors and local operations, with services provided through call‑off Purchase Orders. The initial LTA duration will be two (2) years, with a possible extension of one (1) additional year. This Amendment No. 1 is issued to correct discrepancies identified between the solicitation document originally published in PDF format and the approved MS Word version of the ITB. The solicitation document has been corrected and re-uploaded. The amended MS Word version shall be considered the official and binding solicitation document and supersedes any previously posted versions. Bidders shall prepare and submit their bids strictly in accordance with this amended MS Word solicitation.
