This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number Doc5563017478 dated February 17, 2026 with a closing of March 4, 2026 at 2 pm ET.The Canadian Forces College (CFC) requires a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, and install a patio tent designed to fit the existing space of 18 feet by 84 feet. The requirement also includes optional services for off-season storage, cleaning, seasonal setup and takedown of the patio tent, and extended warranty for two (2) years.Amendment 010: Respond to bidders’ questions.The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at 215 Yonge Boulevard on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, beginning at 10:00 am, in Canadian Forces College.Offerors must communicate with the Contract Authority no later than Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 1 pm to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. There is a maximum of two (2) attendees per Offeror.
