DFAT-1047: Humanitarian Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Support

Description

The Humanitarian Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Support project (HUMMEL) will support the quality and efficiency of Australian humanitarian investments and partnerships, with a focus on building capacity for coordination and alignment across the humanitarian program and increasing utilisation of evidence. It will expand DFAT’s existing model for humanitarian monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) and augment DFAT’s capability to monitor and report on the impact of Australia’s humanitarian assistance.HUMMEL will deliver two end of program outcomes:1. DFAT’s humanitarian programs and response teams have better access to coordinated, accessible, relevant and timely evidence and MEL advisory support.2. DFAT’s humanitarian staff have improved MEL capability and access to expert advice on performance MEL.
