It is extremely important to us that potential suppliers provide evidence that they can meet our preconditions of; • Must be a New Zealand Arboricultural Association (NZ Arb) Registered Master Arborist by contract start date (1 September 2025) • Must be able to start on 1 September 2025. • Supplier staff and utility arborist or sub-contractor must hold and maintain current and future Wellington Electricity authorisation/certification to work within proximity of the 11KV power networks by contract start date (1 September 2025) • Must hold the following insurances o Public liability insurance to a (min) value of $5m o Plant and Equipment insurance to a (min) value of $2m o Motor Vehicle insurance to a (min) value of $2m Suppliers who cannot provide evidence of the above will not progress to the evaluation stage.
