NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Solicitation# 20250287 Title: Security Services Description: Polar Knowledge Canada requires 24/7 on-site security services at CHARS. The services will include monitoring access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and visitor management in the public access areas of the CHARS campus. Additionally, the contractor must be prepared to provide optional services for specific needs, such as Fire Watch or additional security coverage during VIP visits Limited to Inuit Firms: This requirement is limited to Inuit Firms who appear on the Inuit Firm Registry (IFR) Search the Registry - Inuit Firm Registry Database Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement: The solicitation is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s): - Nunavut Land Claim Agreement Security Requirement: There is a security requirement associated to this requirement. Period of the Contract: The period of the contract is anticipated to be from September 1st 2025 to August 31st 2027, with the irrevocable option to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional one-year periods. Trade Agreements: This requirement is not subject to any trade agreements.
