RFP 2026-P15 Hays Sportsplex League Provider and Operator

Description

Hays County (“County”) is seeking proposals from qualified sports facility league providers and operators (“operator”) to program, manage, and maintain the Hays County Sportsplex (“Sportsplex”) located at 2880 Goforth Road, Kyle, Texas. The awarded organization will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and continual upkeep of the facilities and supplies, as well as be allowed to offer camps, tournaments, sport-specific instructional programs and clinics, etc. so long as they are being utilized in a format generally accessible to all youth with minimal restrictions.
