{"description":" NASA/NSSC has a requirement for FY26 ACDS Firmware / Software Support Renewal. \nNASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to WV COMMUNICATIONS INC, 1125 Business Center \nCIR STE A, Newbury Park, California 91320-1186 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been \ndetermined that WV COMMUNICATIONS INC is the sole provider of FY26 ACDS Firmware / Software Support \nRenewal. \nNASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Armstrong \nFlight Research Center (AFRC). \nThe Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and procedures \nprescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial \nThe NAICS Code for this procurement is 513210. \nInterested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the \nidentified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 4/23/2026. Such \ncapabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this \nprocurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on \na full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the \ngovernment. \nOral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. \nNASA FAR Supplement Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
