AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE: Please ignore the response deadline that appears in the Ariba Discovery posting. You must submit your bid and all required supporting documentation by 1400ESTon September 29, 2025. All bids submitted after 1400EST will be declared nonresponsive.This solicitation is a Request for Bids to satisfy Canada’s requirement for the provision of Commercially Available IT Training Services (CAITTS).Each responsive bid will result in a Standing Offer (SO) and/or a Supply Arrangement (SA). Resulting Standing Offers and Supply Arrangements will be valid until March 31, 2027 or until Canada no longer deems them necessary.A Notice will be posted on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) to allow new suppliers to become qualified. Existing prequalified suppliers, who have been issued an SO/SA, will not be required to submit a new bid. Canada may issue an unlimited number of SOs/SAs and may continue to issue SOs/SAs to new bidders throughout the SO/SA period.The solicitation will be refreshed on a yearly basis. Suppliers may submit a bid at any time during the solicitation period for a SO and/or a SA by responding to the most recent terms and conditions published on GETS. Bids received in response to the on-going Notice will be evaluated within 90 calendar days.
