Description

This Request for Applications (RFA) is issued by Otago Regional Council (ORC), referred to below as ‘the Buyer’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’. Council is seeking to establish a panel of qualified helicopter service providers to support a range of operational activities across the Otago region. The panel will enable ORC to access reliable, safe, and cost-effective aerial services for environmental, emergency, and operational needs.
