We are identifying sources capable of providing the U.S. Flags and Presentation Boxes and the associated services for its quarterly distribution to 59+ Army installations, which also includes developing a tracking system and providing reports. \n\n This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A MANDATORY QUALIFICATION exists: vendors must be able to source a 100% Berry Amendment-compliant U.S. flag with sewn stars. Respondents must provide proof of this with their capability statement.
