Statement of Work (SOW) Summary \n\n The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the testing and maintenance of facility generators. Proposal Submittals (Instructions to Offerors) \n\n To be considered for award, offerors must submit the following: \n\n \n\t Technical Approach: A detailed description of your approach to a successful testing and maintenance plan. \n\t Experience & Past Performance: References for 3 to 5 contracts of similar size and nature performed within the last ten (10) years. Note: Failure to provide these references will result in a non-responsive proposal. \n\t Financial Proposal: Pricing for quarterly maintenance and load testing per generator.
