(b) Block D – Reclad, and internal refurbishment including Double glazing, wall linings, ceilings and some framing adjustments. (c) Block A – Internal refurbishment including Double glazing, wall linings and some framing/ wall adjustments (d) Block I New ceilings & double glazing to 2 classrooms only The completed design and building consent will be supplied to the contractor when available (Estimated mid Oct and Mid Nov accordingly) The outcome sought is to complete the works as designed in time for the start of the new school year in 2026. Upgrade works will be separated in 2 stages to accommodate the schools requirements around the use of classroom space.
