We are seeking an alternative offer for full metal fencing, and this may be the final solution subject to the submitted price and the schools wishes. Stage 1 included approximately 200m of new fencing along the front and side boundaries and was completed in 2025. The Stage 2 fencing is to match the Stage 1 timber fencing and provide as close as match possible for the Stage 1 aluminium fencing. Tenderers will be required to submit their specification for the aluminium fence. The fences are circa 367m in length. Existing fences will be removed, tree roots removed, vegetation and trees cut back to accommodate the construction of the new fence. The 367m stipulated in this document is an approximate number. The Contractor is responsible for the accurate measure of the fence. The work can be carried out in normal working hours and staff, students, parents and the public will access the school during this time. Strict compliance with H&S rules is required and safety of all people is the number one priority. Contractors are welcome to work outside normal hours if required.
