Professional Behaviours and Communication

Description

The Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand (CAA) invites proposals to design and deliver a face to face Professional Behaviours and Communication training workshop for Aviation Security (AvSec) operational staff across multiple New Zealand locations. The programme will be delivered to approximately 1,400 participants in cohorts of around 20, focusing on practical, scenario based learning for frontline, high pressure environments, with delivery expected to commence in late June 2026 for approximately eight months.
