Re-Solicitation Texas Farmer Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Helpline and Educational Services

Description

TheTexas Department of Agriculture (TDA or Department), an agency of the State of Texas, issues this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified vendors to operate a mental health/suicide hotline 24 hours a day, 7 days aweek, to be answered by behavioral health specialists specifically trained to understand agriculture-related stressors and issues. Contractor(s) will be able to answer calls and provide quality mental health education and resources to Texas farmers and agriculture workers to promote mental wellness and prevent suicide, as described in Section I and in this solicitation. TDA’s objective is to obtain the services that represent the best value for TDA and the State of Texas, according to the terms and conditions of this solicitation.
