Framework agreement for strategic consultancy and communication services.

Description

This procurement is for an agreement for assistance in connection with strategic and communication consultancy services. The procurement is divided into two assignments/sub-areas, including (1). Strategic communication consulting and (2). Strategic design and graphical services. Norske tog intend to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer in each of the areas. See Annex A for further details on the delivery.
