Should the business case for the new Medical School ultimately be approved by Government to proceed, then the University would then construct Stage 1 of a new Division of Health Precinct at the heart of the Hamilton campus. The new facility would provide modern teaching and learning facilities and staff spaces for the proposed new Medical School, and would also support the University’s existing programmes in nursing, midwifery and pharmacy. We are looking for a Supplier of Independent Commissioning Agency services with the capability and experience to add value to the project through influencing and monitoring the commissioning of the services throughout the building and ensuring a successful hand over of the completed building to the University. The successful respondent must be able to service the project based at the University of Waikato’s Hamilton Campus.
