Key Dates Please take note of the following key dates: Deadline for queries: Any questions relating to technical, contractual, or commercial matters concerning this RFP must be submitted exclusively via the In-Tend “Correspondence” tab, in one single correspondence, using the RFP Question Template provided as part of the RFP documents. Questions must be submitted no later than Friday, 26 June 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CET. Deadline for submission of proposals: Proposals must be submitted exclusively via In-Tend no later than Friday, 17 July 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CET.
