This Addendum is related to an updated procurement process timeline for the procurement and implementation of a Professional Services Panel for Hutt City Council (HCC). The rationale for implementing a Professional Services Panel is to assist HCC in the efficient delivery of a variety of projects and to supplement HCC’s in-house team with specialist skillsets and resources. Key objectives of the Professional Services Panel are: • To provide HCC with access to appropriately skilled and experienced professionals. • To provide HCC with access to professional services in a structured and efficient manner. • To develop ongoing relationships with preferred providers who can develop a deep understanding of HCC as an organisation, its priorities and challenges.
