Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) supply to a custom Wind Tunnel apparatus for use in the ECOSSIM Chamber that can simulate and monitor the impact of wind-like crossflow of air over an array of liquid samples under specific climatic conditions (including air velocity) over long periods of time. As a result of the solicitation process, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) intends to award one (1) contract from Contract award to March 31, 2026.
