Media Marketing and Communication Services

Description

The Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting qualified Contractors to provide Media Marketing and Communication Services for State agencies and other authorized users. Services may include media planning and buying, creative services, digital marketing, public relations, public outreach, market research, multimedia production, and related services. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis through Statements of Work (“SOWs”) issued under the resulting Contract.
