Dear Sir/Madam, The International Labour Office (hereinafter referred to as the "ILO") is pleased to invite your company to submit a proposal to Supply & Installation of 20 kW On Grid Hybrid Solar System for TDM Production House under the ISEC Project in Cox's Bazar. Your organization may submit a proposal provided it is qualified, capable, and willing to deliver the goods specified in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). Submission of a proposal will be considered as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO contracts. Please note that failure to comply with the requirements outlined in this ITB and its annexes may result in disqualification. We look forward to receiving your proposal.
