Post site visit information. \n\n **End of amendment** \n\n \n\n Statement of Work for the removal of the Mezzanine on 1st floor of building 480 \nThe description set forth below reflects those characteristics which are essential to the minimum needs of the Government. The mezzanine was \ndeemed as interference with the shop floor crane work and needs to be removed. If the mezzanine is not moved, it will cause delays for ship work \nwhich will affect the ship's availability. \n1. Requirements \nSCOPE - This statement of work requires the contractor to provide all necessary material, equipment, and personnel to remove the Mezzanine, all \nattachments associated with the Mezzanine and deliver items to Akasaki Container Yard. \nThe Mezzanine is located at SRF-JRMC Detachment Sasebo in bldg. 480, 1st floor. \n2. Removal Plan \nThe contractor shall provide a planned maintenance schedule to include scheduling, tools, equipment and expenses needed to conduct the removal of \nthe Mezzanine. \n3. Transportation/Meals/Lodging \nThe contractor shall be responsible for their own transportation to/from SRF-JRMC Sasebo Detachment, Japan.
